Jade County Begins Construction After Record Sales

Jade County, a premium residential project at Wave City on NH-24, has entered the construction phase after completing its Bhoomi Pujan ceremony led by Director Amit Modi in the presence of senior company officials and invited guests. The developer said construction will proceed following traditional rituals and that the project aims to provide contemporary amenities and a well planned, secure living environment.

Positioned to add a new dimension to the local residential landscape, Jade County is intended to offer an elevated lifestyle and to respond to a growing preference for larger, premium homes. The development benefits from connectivity to Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida and from infrastructure such as the Delhi–Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport which have improved accessibility.

At launch Phase one recorded swift sales with units worth Rs 16,000 million (mn) sold within seven days, signalling strong demand along the NH-24 and Wave City corridor. The response underlined buyer appetite for high rise premium living and supported the developer's move to proceed with planned timelines.

The scheme will be developed by County Group across 13.33 acres, with land acquired for approximately Rs 4,000 mn. The first phase will comprise around one point five mn sq ft and five premium high rise towers from 27 to 31 storeys, while the overall project will offer nearly three mn sq ft of saleable area and requires an estimated investment of Rs 18,000 mn.

Amenities will include a clubhouse of 55,000 sq ft, a 7,000 sq ft commercial complex and 80 per cent open area with pedestrian first planning that limits vehicular movement to the basement. The project has received a pre certified Gold rating from the Indian Green Building Council and the developer's earlier scheme Ivory County generated returns of three to four times for investors, creating expectations of value appreciation for Jade County.
