Realty firm County Group has acquired a 5-acre land parcel in Noida for around Rs 4.75 billion through a state-conducted auction, according to industry sources. The plot, located in Sector 151, was purchased to develop a new residential project.

The company plans to build only 226 residential units on the site, with a total development area exceeding 1.1 million square feet. County Group delivered more than 4 million square feet across three housing projects in 2024.

In 2025, the developer launched two major projects: Ivory County, a 6.3-million-square-foot luxury development in Sector 115, Noida, and Jade County, a 3-million-square-foot project on NH24 in Ghaziabad. County Group remains one of the leading real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR region.

Land prices in Noida and Greater Noida have surged, driven by major infrastructure projects, including the upcoming international airport. Both Noida and Greater Noida authorities have been monetising land parcels through auctions to meet rising demand.
