Hiranandani, Krisala Plan Rs. 21 bn Nagpur Township

Hiranandani Communities and Krisala Developers have announced plans for a 97-acre golf course township on the outskirts of Nagpur, near the Ring Road and the Samruddhi Mahamarg. The project, being developed through Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, has an estimated revenue potential of Rs. 21 bn.

The township will be spread across 2.1 mn sq ft and include luxury villas, townhouses and residential plots. Its location is close to the Samruddhi Mahamarg, a 700 km expressway connecting Mumbai with Nagpur, Maharashtra’s winter capital.

The development is planned to include a 16-acre, nine-hole golf course and two clubhouses with a combined area of 42,000 sq ft. It will also offer 51 ultra-luxury plots, with the partners targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).

The project is currently at the planning stage, with the developers working to secure the required approvals before applying for registration with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The first phase is planned for completion in three years, while the entire township is expected to be completed within five years.

This is the second partnership between the two developers. In February 2025, they announced plans for a 105-acre integrated township near Pune, with an estimated value of Rs. 70 bn. That project is planned to include luxury villas, branded residences and luxury apartments.

The companies said the Nagpur development would support employment, investment and social infrastructure in the regional economy. Krisala Developers is using the project to expand its presence beyond its existing markets, while Hiranandani Communities continues to pursue integrated townships, redevelopment, joint development and joint ventures.
