Hiranandani, Krisala Plan Rs. 21 bn Nagpur Township

Hiranandani Communities and Krisala Developers have announced a 97-acre golf course township project on the outskirts of Nagpur, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs. 21 bn. The development will be undertaken under Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, the group’s development management platform, and marks the partners’ entry into the Nagpur real estate market.

Located near the Ring Road and the Samruddhi Mahamarg, the project will cover 2.1 mn sq ft and include luxury villas, townhouses and plots. The Samruddhi Mahamarg is a 700 km expressway connecting Mumbai and Nagpur, Maharashtra’s winter capital.

The township will feature a 16-acre, 9-hole golf course and two clubhouses with a combined area of 42,000 sq ft. It will also offer 51 ultra-luxury plots, with the developers targeting high net worth individuals and ultra-high net worth individuals seeking premium residential options in the region.

The project is currently in the planning stage, and the partners are obtaining the required approvals before applying for registration with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The first phase is planned for completion in three years, while the entire development is expected to be completed over five years.

The Nagpur development is the second project between Hiranandani Communities and Krisala Developers. In February 2025, the companies announced plans for a 105-acre integrated township with a potential value of Rs. 70 bn. That project is planned to include luxury villas, branded residences and luxury apartments.

The developers said the Nagpur project would support employment, investment and social infrastructure in the regional economy. Krisala Developers said the partnership would help it expand geographically and build a presence in markets with long-term growth potential, while the companies would focus on premium and luxury developments shaped around changing homebuyer preferences.
