Johnson Controls has announced the Middle East launch of its OpenBlue Workplace platform, with Dubai serving as the strategic hub. The launch comes as the MEA smart building market is projected to grow from US$8.06 billion in 2023 to US$47.52 billion by 2030, according to Grand View Research. OpenBlue Workplace is an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) that enables organisations to enhance real estate efficiency through intelligent space use, workplace planning, asset management, and data-driven decision-making.
