Larsen & Toubro (L&T), through Vyoma.AI’s AI infrastructure subsidiary LTN Compute, has secured a mega order to develop what the company describes as India’s largest single-cluster AI infrastructure facility. The NVIDIA B300 AI Factory will support US-based AI cloud company Together AI’s platform for large-scale inference, fine-tuning and training workloads.
The integrated AI Factory will be hosted at Vyoma.AI’s Chennai data centre campus and will have a capacity of 10,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. The platform will combine hyperscale data centre infrastructure, accelerated computing, high-performance networking, ultra-low-latency interconnects, parallel storage and AI infrastructure operations.
Vyoma.AI’s Chennai campus is being developed as a gigawatt-scale AI infrastructure site. Phase 1 is designed for 250 MW, with power infrastructure readiness of 150 MVA, providing capacity for further expansion of AI Factory operations.
S N Subrahmanyan, Chairman and Managing Director, Larsen & Toubro, said the deployment marked a significant milestone in L&T’s Gigawatt AI Infrastructure Mission and would support the company’s objective of positioning India as a global hub for next-generation AI infrastructure.
Together AI Co-founder and CEO Vipul Ved Prakash said the partnership would combine L&T’s scale, resilience and engineering capabilities with Together AI’s AI-native cloud platform.
LTN Compute is developing AI-ready infrastructure across India, including hyperscale AI data centres, sovereign cloud platforms, AI Factory services, GPU-as-a-Service and managed AI platforms. According to L&T’s order classification, a “Mega” order is valued between Rs 10,000 crore and Rs 15,000 crore.
