Nila Spaces Introduces IKEA-Furnished Homes at Vida

Nila Spaces has partnered with IKEA to introduce designer-furnished homes at Vida, its premium residential development in Ahmedabad. The initiative marks what the company describes as the first residential project in Gujarat to offer IKEA-designed and furnished homes as part of the homebuying experience.

Under the collaboration, IKEA has designed fully furnished show apartments across studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations, showcasing practical and functional home solutions tailored to urban lifestyles. Homebuyers at Vida will have the option to purchase residences with IKEA-designed interiors, enabling a ready-to-move-in experience from the outset.

The offering reflects a growing trend among homebuyers seeking convenience, functionality and professionally designed living spaces. Residents will also have continued access to IKEA's design expertise, allowing them to personalise and adapt their homes over time based on evolving lifestyle requirements.

"India's real estate market is evolving rapidly, with homebuyers increasingly looking for homes that are ready to move into and easy to live in from the start," said Deep Vadodaria, Managing Director and CEO, Nila Spaces. "Vida brings together Nila Spaces' understanding of residential development and IKEA's expertise in life at home to address a gap we see in urban India."

Commenting on the collaboration, Manisha Prabhu, Country Business Manager, IKEA India, said, "At IKEA, we start with real life at home—how people cook, rest, work and grow into their spaces over time. In a city like Ahmedabad, where more people are investing in their first or next home, there is a clear need for solutions that are practical from day one, yet flexible and lasting for years ahead."

The project allows buyers to opt for IKEA-designed interiors at the time of purchase and provides access to IKEA's design team for future home planning. The initiative builds on IKEA's presence in Ahmedabad, where it has been serving customers through its e-commerce platform since 2020.
