Nila Spaces has partnered with DreamSpan to integrate sleep, recovery and bedroom-environment technologies across its residential developments, beginning with Vida and Prana.

The partnership involves an initial integration valued at Rs 250 million across the two projects, with the potential to scale to Rs 1 billion as the collaboration expands. DreamSpan will serve as Nila Spaces’ sleep-tech partner, bringing its sleep analytics, environmental monitoring and recovery technologies into residential settings.

At Vida, residents and prospective customers will be able to experience DreamSpan’s technology within a residential environment. At Prana, Nila Spaces’ wellness-focused development in GIFT City, the technology is planned for integration across every bedroom alongside biophilic design, natural lighting, clean-air systems and dedicated wellness spaces.

DreamSpan’s technology combines a sensor-enabled mattress system with sleep analytics and environmental monitoring. Its Lucid Pro system offers dual-zone temperature control between 13°C and 44°C and tracks factors such as eCO₂, humidity, temperature and particulate matter. It can also monitor sleep stages, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and recovery indicators without requiring wearable devices.

Deep Vadodaria, CEO, Nila Spaces, said the partnership aims to make sleep and recovery an integral part of wellness-led residential design by measuring and improving conditions within the bedroom environment.

Abhishek Sahu, Founder and CEO, DreamSpan, said the collaboration would help take sleep technology beyond standalone consumer products and integrate it into the wider residential experience.

The partnership reflects growing interest in wellness-focused residential developments where technology, indoor environmental quality and personal health are increasingly being incorporated into the design of homes.
