NPCI Secures BKC Plot for Rs 8.29 billion HQ

NPCI has acquired a 6,000 sq m plot in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex from MMRDA for Rs 8.29 billion on an 80-year lease to build its global headquarters. The site allows for 2.59 lakh sq ft of development, with plans for a 16-storey office including basement parking. NPCI may seek additional FSI to achieve a proposed 5 lakh sq ft build. The project includes a 5,000-seat R&D centre, aligning with its global expansion strategy.
