Sri Lotus Developers Posts FY26 Results And FY27 Guidance

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited reported fiscal year 2026 results, with total revenue of Rs 7.69 billion (bn), EBITDA of Rs 2.81 bn and profit after tax of Rs 2.43 bn. Pre-sales reached Rs 11.57 bn, up 137 per cent year on year, while collections were Rs 3.76 bn and adjusted return on equity was 23.7 per cent. The board approved a dividend of 50 per cent and the company held a gross cash balance of Rs 8.49 bn at the end of March 2026.

In the fourth quarter the company recorded revenue of Rs 3.08 bn, EBITDA of Rs 1.21 bn and profit after tax of Rs 1.01 bn, with pre-sales of Rs 4.62 bn and collections of Rs 0.82 bn. Launches during the year contributed Rs 3.58 bn to pre-sales and the Versova Project Celestia attracted Rs 1.55 bn of bookings despite a challenging global environment. Management said a brand campaign showcasing 11 projects across Mumbai's premium coastline strengthened its market positioning.

For fiscal year 2027 the company guided pre-sales of Rs 18–20 bn, revenue growth of 55 to 60 per cent and similar PAT growth. It plans to launch six projects with estimated gross development value of Rs 50–55 bn, and management said the launch pipeline and brand investment would support revenue and profitability expansion. The company highlighted capital discipline, premium micro?market positioning and execution as core strengths.

Founded in 2015 and focused on luxury and ultra?luxury residential and premium commercial projects in Mumbai, the developer has completed four projects totalling over 0.42 million (mn) square feet of carpet area and has seven ongoing and 14 upcoming developments. The portfolio covers about 4.09 mn square feet of carpet area and roughly 3.28 mn square feet of saleable area, with a presence in Juhu and Andheri West and plans to expand into South and Central Mumbai, Bandra and Versova. The company manages end?to?end execution from design and construction to sales and customer engagement to maintain quality.
