Telangana Housing Board Offers 339 LIG Flats For Sale

The Telangana Housing Board has announced the sale of 339 one-bedroom flats for low-income groups across Gachibowli, Warangal and Khammam, with applications open through MeeSeva Centres until January 3.

In a statement, the board described the offering as a special opportunity, with allocations to be made through a fully transparent lottery system. Eligibility has been restricted to applicants with an annual income of up to Rs 0.6 million, or around Rs 50,000 per month, according to vice-chairman V P Gautham.

Of the total units, 111 flats are located in Gachibowli in Hyderabad, 102 near Warangal Railway Station, and 126 at Sriram Hills in Khammam. The flats range in size from 450 to 650 square feet.

Prices in Gachibowli range between Rs 2.6 million and Rs 3.62 million. In Warangal and Khammam, flats are priced between Rs 1.9 million and Rs 2.15 million, while some units in Khammam are available for as low as Rs 1.125 million.

Interested buyers can apply online or at MeeSeva Centres. The lottery draw for Gachibowli flats will be held on January 6, followed by Warangal on January 8 and Khammam on January 10. Further details are available on the Housing Board’s official website, the board said.
