Uttar Pradesh approves Rs.9.43 billion for Harnandipuram township

The Uttar Pradesh government has approved the remaining ₹9.43 billion for the Harnandipuram Township planned by the Ghaziabad Development Authority near Raj Nagar Extension. The township will span 501 hectares across eight villages, with land acquisition estimated at ₹26 billion. The first phase is expected to begin on 49 hectares by September or October 2026. Connectivity plans include a six-kilometre, four-lane outer ring road costing about ₹900 million, linked directly to the Hindon elevated road.
