WAL Developments launches Rs 1.5 crore residences in Gurugram

WAL Developments has launched Serenia Wellness Residences in Sector 92, Gurugram, with prices starting at Rs 15 million. Spread across 4.57 acres, the project will comprise 416 three-bedroom residences across two towers, with super area configurations of 1,250 sq ft and 1,350 sq ft.

The development is located next to DLF Garden City and has access to an 84-metre-wide main road. Its location offers connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, Pataudi Road, Southern Peripheral Road and KMP Expressway, linking the area with Delhi, IGI Airport, Manesar and Gurugram’s commercial centres.

The project is planned with more than 30 lifestyle and wellness amenities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, multi-sport courts, yoga and meditation zones, a Miyawaki forest trail, an Ayurveda garden, an oxygen park and community spaces. The developer plans to allocate 78 per cent of the project area to open and green spaces.

Serenia has received IGBC Platinum pre-certification. Planned sustainability measures include rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment and reuse, renewable energy for common areas and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

“The next phase of residential development must go beyond the number of amenities a project offers to consider how the built environment supports everyday living. At Serenia Wellness Residences, our focus is on bringing together open spaces, wellness-led amenities and responsible resource management,” said Dr Yashpal Yadav, Founder and Managing Director, WAL Developments.

The project will also include an air-conditioned, double-height entrance lobby, high-speed elevators, concierge services and 11-ft floor-to-ceiling heights.

Serenia is WAL Developments’ latest residential offering in Gurugram. The company has previously developed commercial projects WAL Street 73 in Sector 73 and WAL Street 88A in Sector 88A.
