Window Magic, one of India’s leading providers of premium uPVC and aluminium fenestration solutions, has been chosen as the key partner for the landmark Sarojini Nagar Redevelopment Project in Delhi. 

Under this project, around 86 General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) towers will provide more than 4,000 modern homes for central government employees. Executed by NBCC under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), the redevelopment is part of the Central Government Residential Project (CGRP). 

Window Magic is supplying and installing next-generation windows and doors engineered for energy efficiency, sustainability, and aesthetics. The company is partnering with Varindera Construction and Girdhari Lal Construction to deliver customised fenestration solutions aligned with the project’s architectural vision. 

Spread over 107 acre, the Sarojini Nagar redevelopment will include schools, a police station, a public library, and community facilities. The initiative will replace ageing structures with modern high-rises while introducing eco-friendly design, green infrastructure, and enhanced civic amenities.
