Zuari Infraworld India and Gangothri Infraedge have partnered to launch Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, a premium residential project in Kollur, Hyderabad, with an estimated sales value of around Rs 30 billion.
Spread across 9.16 acres, the development will comprise nine towers rising up to G+37 and offer 1,730 three- and four-BHK residences. Apartment sizes will range from approximately 1,679 sq ft to 3,126 sq ft.
The project marks Zuari Infraworld's entry into Hyderabad's residential market through its partnership with Gangothri Infraedge, which has been developing projects in the city since 2006.
Tribhuja has been designed by Australia's Laboratory for Visionary Architecture (LAVA) around the principles of light, air and privacy. According to the developers, 78 per cent of the homes will be corner residences, while 72 per cent of the project site has been allocated to open spaces.
The project will feature a clubhouse of around one lakh sq ft and more than 55 amenities, including swimming pools, fitness and wellness facilities, sports courts, children's play areas, landscaped spaces and co-working facilities.
Tribhuja has been pre-certified for a Silver rating by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). David Adamson, UK, has been appointed as project management consultant, while JLL will provide cost management and quality assurance services.
The project is located in Kollur, near Hyderabad's western growth corridor, with connectivity to the Outer Ring Road, Kokapet, the Financial District and surrounding IT and commercial hubs.
Zuari Infraworld, the real estate arm of Zuari Industries' Adventz brand, and Gangothri Infraedge said the project would target demand for larger homes in Hyderabad's expanding western residential markets.
