HCLTech, a global technology company, has recently entered into a multi-year partnership with The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) to design, build and manage a future-ready IT infrastructure. As part of the collaboration, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force platform to embed artificial intelligence across TMICC’s digital landscape.
Under the partnership, HCLTech will integrate predictive analytics, enhance business process observability and prioritise user experience to deliver scalable and resilient IT operations globally. A key focus of the engagement is the transition from AIOps to a NoOps operating model, enabling zero-touch automation and agentic solutions for fully autonomous IT operations.
Mark O’Brien, Chief Technology Officer, The Magnum Ice Cream Company, said the collaboration would help infuse intelligence across the company’s digital foundation as it progresses as an independent listed entity, strengthening operational excellence and customer experience.
The partnership also supports TMICC’s Transition Service Agreement exit from Unilever, with HCLTech establishing a greenfield IT infrastructure to enable an AI-powered digital future. C Vijayakumar, CEO & Managing Director, HCLTech, said the engagement reinforces the company’s leadership in delivering complex global transformations backed by deep domain expertise.
