In a notable first, Aludecor, one of India’s leading aluminium composite panel (ACP) manufacturers, has launched its latest innovation — the Mason Mark series. Inspired by the enduring beauty of concrete, this new collection celebrates the craftsmanship of masons who have shaped architectural history with cement and stone.

Unveiled at a townhall event by Director of Sales, Sourav Kabra, in the presence of Chairman and Managing Director Ashok Kumar Bhaiya and the sales, production, and marketing teams, Mason Mark features six initial shades – Roman Wall, Florence Wall, Bruges Wall, Giza Wall, Athena Wall, and Yorkshire Wall. Each is available in both plain and striped versions and reflects the aesthetics of architectural traditions from across civilisations.

“This range pays homage to the hands that have built cities and homes across time. It reflects Aludecor’s commitment to honouring artisanal legacies while supporting bold, creative architectural expression,” said Kabra.

The product launch responds to long-standing demand from architects for concrete-inspired designs in ACPs. Marketing Head Gautam Saraswat noted that Mason Mark is the outcome of sustained collaboration and feedback from architects across India, facilitated directly by the CMD himself.

A Sustainable Alternative to Cement-Based Materials

Unlike energy-intensive cement production, aluminium composite panels are far more sustainable. Cement-based materials like fibre cement boards not only emit large volumes of greenhouse gases but also offer limited recyclability. In contrast, aluminium is highly recyclable and its processing is significantly less carbon-intensive.

The Mason Mark series thus offers the visual richness of cement architecture without the associated environmental impact. It strengthens Aludecor’s positioning as a sustainability-driven innovator, delivering materials that blend durability, aesthetics, and eco-consciousness.

Continuing a Tradition of Artisanal Tributes

Mason Mark follows previous Aludecor series such as Rugged Metal, which honoured blacksmiths, and Earth Coat, which paid tribute to potters. With Mason Mark, the focus now shifts to masonry – one of the oldest and most influential building crafts.

Each design in the series evokes an era, from ancient Rome to Renaissance Florence and the ancient wonders of Egypt and Greece. The series captures the raw and textured appeal of cement while delivering urbane sophistication, versatility, and performance suited for modern façades.
