1. Tata Realty & Infrastructure appointed Gaurav Jain as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2026, succeeding Sanjay Dutt. Jain brings more than 23 years of real estate experience across Birla Estates, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespace Developers and Unitech Group.

2. Knight Frank India appointed Viral Desai as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 1 April 2027. Desai, who joined the property consultancy in 2007, will oversee its India operations and work with Chairman and Managing Director Shishir Baijal during the leadership transition.

3. UltraTech Cement has appointed Ashish Chandra as Chief Manufacturing Officer (Designate), effective September 16, 2026. He will assume full responsibilities as Chief Manufacturing Officer from April 1, 2027. Chandra brings over three decades of experience across manufacturing, operations and leadership roles.
