AVG Logistics Secures Three Year Transport Deal With Haldiram Nagpur
The order marks a milestone in the company's capacity expansion strategy and strengthens its presence in the FMCG logistics segment. The addition of 100 vehicles will enhance fleet capacity and improve service coverage, turnaround times and delivery efficiency across major distribution corridors. AVG Logistics expects the contract to improve fleet utilisation, boost operational efficiencies and provide greater revenue visibility over the medium term.
The agreement was finalised by senior executives from both companies, and the chief executive officer described the order as a meaningful expansion of fleet capacity that underlines customer confidence in the firm's capabilities. Management stated that strengthening presence in the FMCG sector remains a key priority and that the deployment will enable more efficient, scalable and reliable logistics solutions. The company reiterated its commitment to support client growth with high quality transportation services.
AVG Logistics is a multimodal logistics provider offering technology driven solutions across transportation, warehousing, distribution, supply chain management and third party logistics services. Founded in 2010 the company operates road and rail transport, cold chain and warehousing businesses through 50-plus automated branches nationwide supported by a workforce of over 600 professionals, a fleet of more than 3,000 vehicles and about 0.732 mn sq ft of warehousing space. Its consolidated net profit slipped two per cent to Rs 54 mn on a 5.9 per cent decline in revenue from operations to Rs 1.3408 bn in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.
