In accordance with Article 70 of the Articles of Association of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), the President of India has appointed Shri Avinash Janardan Bhide as a Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of HCL. His appointment is effective from the date of notification for a term of one year or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The official communication regarding this appointment has been sent to key stakeholders, including HCL’s Chairman-cum-Managing Director, the Department of Personnel & Training, and the Department of Public Enterprises.
