Bharat Steel 2026 Postponed Until Further Notice
The exhibition and conference had been scheduled to take place on 16-17 April 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi and was expected to attract a broad range of participants. The Ministry of Steel has expressed appreciation for the support, cooperation and interest shown by all stakeholders towards the event and has affirmed its commitment to keep them informed. Organisers will communicate updated guidance on registrations, travel and accommodation as and when new dates are confirmed.
Bharat Steel has been conceived as a flagship platform for the entire steel ecosystem, designed to bring together producers, suppliers, fabricators, investors and policymakers under one roof to enable exchange of knowledge and business opportunities. The postponement is intended to preserve the integrity of that objective so that the event can deliver maximum value when convened. Stakeholder welfare and operational readiness are being prioritised in planning the rescheduled event.
The Ministry of Steel indicated that it will continue to monitor developments closely and coordinate with relevant agencies to determine suitable timings. The government remains committed to facilitating industry engagement and supporting measures that protect participants and ensure business continuity. Stakeholders are advised to await further announcements and to retain flexibility in planning their participation.
