The company clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not constitute a related?party transaction, adding that neither promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in Veremax Technologie Services.
Bondada Engineering provides engineering, procurement and construction services and operations and maintenance services to companies operating in the telecom and solar energy industry.
Management noted that such contracts form part of the company’s regular commercial activities and contribute to short?term revenue execution.
On the financial front, Bondada Engineering reported consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 rose 13.3 per cent to Rs 628.8 mn from Rs 555.1 mn in the year?ago quarter.
Revenue from operations increased 27.9 per cent year on year to Rs 9.14 bn in the quarter, reflecting broad growth across project deliveries.
The scrip shed 0.33 per cent to Rs 291.10 on the BSE, a modest market reaction following the update.
