Coforge Wins $158 Million Five-Year UK Contract

Coforge Limited has secured a US dollar 158 million (mn) five-year contract with a United Kingdom based client that will commence in April 2026. Revenue under the agreement will be accrued evenly over the five-year term. The company anticipates material expansion of ancillary revenue around this core engagement from the same client over the contract period. The arrangement underscores client confidence in the firm's delivery model and its ability to scale services across multiple jurisdictions.

The firm will provide digital services and solutions under the contract and expects deliverables to focus on innovation, governance and resiliency. Revenue accrual will be spread evenly, supporting predictable top line contribution across each year of the term. Management indicated that the contract forms a significant strategic engagement within its European portfolio. The contract is expected to strengthen the firm's recurring revenue profile and to support longer term client partnerships.

Company leadership noted that AI-led conversations are driving an increase in the number and median size of large deals across Europe and that Coforge is well positioned to meet client requirements. The firm cited five key AI-based platforms that underpin its capability: Coforge Forge-X, Coforge EvolveOps.Ai, Coforge BlueSwan, Coforge Quasar and Coforge Data Cosmos. These platforms are expected to support delivery, enable innovation and create avenues for extended services. The firm expects these capabilities to accelerate deployment timelines and to foster deeper platform adoption by the client.

Coforge is described as a global digital services and solutions provider that leverages emerging technologies and deep domain expertise to deliver business impact. The company leads with a Product Engineering approach and leverages AI, Cloud, Data, Integration and Automation technologies to transform businesses into intelligent, high-growth enterprises.
