The Security Solutions business of Godrej Enterprises Group is clocking 20 per cent year-on-year growth, fuelled by rising demand from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. These emerging markets now account for around 30 per cent of revenue, highlighting a clear shift in consumer adoption beyond metropolitan regions. The festive season has further strengthened momentum, supported by higher spending and increased interest in home-safety solutions across online and offline channels. The business continues to expand its reach through a network of more than 4,500 touchpoints, a strong digital presence, and a portfolio of BIS-certified safes, lockers, and connected surveillance systems.

Growth is supported by broader economic indicators, including rising urbanisation, a 14.5 per cent increase in household financial assets in 2024, and a 30 per cent surge in festive e-commerce sales, with shipments expected to cross Rs 1.2 trillion. As new homeowners look for modern lockers, jewellers prioritise certified safes, and institutions adopt modular strong-room systems, Godrej Security Solutions is widening its offerings to provide smart, compliant, and design-focused products. Compliance remains central, with BIS and ISI certifications built into the portfolio.

According to Pushkar Gokhale, Business Head – Security Solutions, Tier-2 cities are emerging as the key growth drivers, with customers seeking secure, compliant, and lifestyle-aligned solutions. He added that the company has deepened engagement in cities such as Indore, Guwahati, and Kochi through press interactions and influencer initiatives to create awareness around home and institutional security.
