Hitachi Vantara Tops APAC High-End Storage Market in CY25 Q3

Hitachi Vantara has secured the top position in vendor revenue for High-End External OEM Storage Systems in Asia Pacific excluding Japan (APeJ) for the third quarter of 2025, reinforcing its leadership in enterprise data infrastructure and mission-critical storage solutions.
The ranking, based on findings from the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Enterprise Storage Systems Tracker (December 2025 release), highlights the company’s strong presence across major regional markets, including Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Korea. The recognition reflects growing enterprise demand for high-performance, resilient storage infrastructure to support core business operations and data-driven innovation.
According to the company, the leadership position demonstrates continued customer confidence in its ability to deliver reliable and secure storage systems that address evolving business requirements, particularly as organisations adopt hybrid cloud environments and scale data capabilities for artificial intelligence workloads.
Commenting on the development, Wendy Koh, Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific, Hitachi Vantara, said the recognition highlights the trust enterprises place in the company to support critical workloads.
