HMDA Nets Rs 37.08bn From All Three Neopolis Auction Phases
In Phase Three, Plot 19 was acquired by Yula Constructions LLP and Globus Infracon LLP at Rs 1.31 billion per acre, while Plot 20 was secured by Brigade Enterprises Limited at Rs 1.18 billion per acre, HMDA said in a statement. The revised average land price across all Neopolis auctions now stands at Rs 1.3736 billion per acre—an increase of about 87 per cent compared with the previous Neopolis auction round in 2023.
With Neopolis demonstrating strong and sustained value appreciation across all phases, attention now shifts to the Golden Mile auction scheduled for 5 December, which HMDA expects will continue to attract robust developer interest.
