IndiQube, a leading tech-enabled workspace solutions platform, has recently expanded its operations to Bhubaneswar, marking its entry into its 17th city across India. This move makes Bhubaneswar the company’s second city in East India after Kolkata, reinforcing its pan-India footprint and focus on emerging markets.
The newly launched centre spans over 45,000 sq ft and is located at Patia, Infocity, one of Bhubaneswar’s key IT and commercial hubs. The expansion aligns with IndiQube’s strategy of deepening its presence in high-potential Tier II cities, supported by evolving enterprise needs and a growing talent base.
Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO, IndiQube, said that East India represents a significant growth frontier for the company, with Bhubaneswar emerging as a credible enterprise and technology hub backed by infrastructure development and policy support.
Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, IndiQube, added that the rise of Tier II cities such as Bhubaneswar reflects the decentralisation of talent and enterprise growth, and the company’s presence will support businesses seeking scalable and productive workspaces beyond traditional metros.
