IndiQube Spaces has signed a fresh Rs 680 million (mn) workspace deal securing 1,300 seats on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road with a major global audio content platform, reinforcing the firm's presence in a key commercial corridor. The client has taken nearly 1,300 seats at IndiQube's tech park facility on the Outer Ring Road, one of Bengaluru's busiest commercial corridors, and the pact deepens an existing relationship rather than representing a new market entry. The transaction adds to IndiQube's growing roster of large enterprise customers who favour ready-to-use office space over traditional long-term leases.\n\nThe deal follows a June agreement valued at Rs 520 million (mn) for more than 700 seats in North Bengaluru's Yelahanka area with a consulting and management services firm and a July expansion into North India that added 0.39 million (mn) square foot of office property in Sector 142 along the Noida Expressway. Together these moves illustrate a strategy focused on scaling inventory and hosting sizeable corporate occupiers across regional markets. IndiQube continues to market fully equipped workspaces that reduce lead time and capital expenditure for tenants.\n\nOn the financial front, the company's consolidated net loss narrowed by 35 per cent year on year to Rs 238.8 million (mn), down from Rs 367.5 million (mn) in the same period last year, while total income for the quarter rose 38.5 per cent to Rs 4,488.1 million (mn). These figures point to steadily improving operational scale as IndiQube works toward sustained profitability and larger enterprise contracts. The improved revenue trajectory supports investment in facility enhancements and service delivery.\n\nThe developments mirror a wider shift across India's flexible office sector, where managed workspaces have now crossed 100 million (mn) square foot under management, driven by demand from technology firms, media platforms and consulting companies opting for plug-and-play solutions. Bengaluru remains at the forefront of this transition with corridors such as the Outer Ring Road preferred for sizeable, fully equipped offices that avoid the delays of traditional real estate development. IndiQube's recent wins underscore the market momentum favouring managed workspace providers.
