Intellect Recognised As Notable Vendor In AI Platforms Landscape

Intellect Design Arena Ltd (Intellect) said it has been included as a notable vendor in Forrester Research’s The AI Platforms Landscape, Q1 2026, for Purple Fabric, described as the world’s first open business impact AI platform. The company said the recognition reflects Purple Fabric’s growing relevance among enterprise AI platforms and its emphasis on trust, governance and measurable business impact. The announcement frames Purple Fabric as a solution for regulated industries seeking governed, production grade AI at scale.

Forrester’s landscape provides an overview of 40 vendors at the forefront of an emerging enterprise technology category. Intellect was listed with an industry focus on financial services, insurance and retail, and it self reported decision intelligence and automation, industry AI application accelerators and process intelligence and automation as the top use cases for which clients select the platform. The listing follows Intellect’s summary of use cases and industry focus provided to the research firm.

Purple Fabric is described as purpose built to help enterprises move beyond fragmented AI experimentation to governed, production grade deployment. The platform is architected on four integrated technology stacks: Enterprise Knowledge Garden for decision ready, traceable knowledge; Enterprise Digital Experts to orchestrate domain specific AI agent ecosystems; LLM Optimisation Hub to enable model flexibility, benchmarking and zero lock in; and Enterprise Governance to embed compliance, auditability and explainability across the AI lifecycle. These stacks are presented as integrated components that leverage an organisation’s existing AI, data and application investments.

The company said Purple Fabric is in production with over 40 regulated financial institutions across the United States, Asia Pacific, India, the United Kingdom and Europe. Intellect positioned the platform as one that augments rather than replaces existing systems, enabling accountable AI in critical workflows and outcomes that business, risk, compliance and finance teams can support. Senior technology executives indicated that enterprise AI must operate within existing controls and decision processes and that Purple Fabric was designed to meet those governance and auditability requirements.
