Jyoti Structures Limited posts strong Q3, nine-month growth

Jyoti Structures Limited reported a strong operational and financial performance for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, driven by disciplined project execution, effective cost control and steady progress across its power transmission EPC order book.

For the third quarter of FY2025–26, the company’s standalone total income rose 54.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2.14 billion, compared with Rs 1.39 billion in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA increased 45.3 per cent to Rs 0.20 billion, while profit before tax grew 34.8 per cent to Rs 0.15 billion. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 0.17 billion, registering a 45.3 per cent year-on-year increase.

For the nine-month period ended December 2025, total income grew 57.5 per cent to Rs 5.32 billion, up from Rs 3.38 billion a year earlier. EBITDA rose 57.8 per cent to Rs 0.46 billion, while profit before tax increased 53.6 per cent to Rs 0.36 billion. Net profit for the nine months stood at Rs 0.38 billion, reflecting a growth of 58.8 per cent over the previous year.

The company said the improved performance reflects sustained momentum across its core businesses, supported by better execution efficiency and tighter cost management.
