Kilburn Enters Casale Supplier Network With Rs 702 Million Order

Kilburn Engineering Limited has secured its first orders from Casale SA, Switzerland, with contracts valued at Rs 702 million (mn) for the design, engineering and manufacture of process equipment for fertiliser applications. Casale is a leading global technology licensor in the fertiliser, chemical and energy sectors and its supplier network serves some of the largest industrial projects. The award represents Kilburn’s entry into Casale’s qualified supplier base and underscores the company’s technical credibility in thermal processing equipment. The orders form part of a broader run of business spanning domestic and export markets.

The company noted the award reflects Kilburn’s execution record in rotary dryers, granulators, coaters and fluid bed coolers used in fertiliser production. The chairman said the Casale orders validated the firm’s standards and that over the past 12 months Kilburn won orders from Coromandel, Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilisers, Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore and Hindustan Zinc, alongside export work for Tecnimont and supplies linked to OCP Morocco. The enquiry pipeline remains strong and the business is positioned to build on current momentum while meeting global qualification standards.

Domestic engagements amount to an aggregate order value of approximately Rs one billion (bn) and cover supply of dryers, granulators, coaters and coolers to major Indian fertiliser and industrial customers. Export work includes a direct order from an Italian EPC contractor and prior deliveries related to a large fertiliser project in Morocco. Across these projects Kilburn has emphasised its capacity to meet technical specifications and delivery schedules for complex process equipment. The company continues to prioritise quality control and project management to sustain growth.

Kilburn’s product range centres on rotary dryers, granulators, coaters and fluid bed coolers and related thermal processing systems serving fertiliser, chemical, petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical sectors. From its Mumbai base the company combines engineering design with manufacturing to address domestic and international demand. Management is focused on converting the pipeline into confirmed orders.
