Kotyark Industries Secures Biodiesel Allocation Worth Rs 1,734.5 mn

Kotyark Industries Limited has received an award of contract via the Indian Oil Corporation Limited e-procurement portal on August 10, 2026 for Tender ID 2026_MKTHO_190226_1 under Joint Expression of Interest OMC/EOI/BD/JUN26 (Cycle1) for supply of biodiesel for June to August 2026. The company participated in the joint tender floated by the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).

Pursuant to the tender the company received a total allocation valued at Rs 1,734.5 mn against a contract value of Rs 13,977.2 mn. The allocation comprises awards from IOCL, BPCL and HPCL and includes earlier letters of intent with an aggregate value of about Rs 154.1 mn. The earlier LOIs were notified on August five, 2026 and relate to the same supply window.

The company will receive the respective letters of intent and purchase orders in due course and will undertake supply subject to receipt of the requisite indent or supply order within the stipulated period and in accordance with the terms of the LOIs and tender documents. The orders are to be executed within 92 days from the date of award and the location of supply is Gujarat. There are no promoter or promoter group interests in the awarding entity and the orders do not constitute related party transactions.

Under the current tender cycle the OMCs initially issued LOIs directly and subsequently provided a consolidated allocation sheet setting out contract values and allocations. Kotyark Industries will proceed with compliance and operational arrangements required to fulfil the award.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 and related SEBI master circular provisions and the company requested that the exchanges take the information on record. The communication was signed by the company secretary and compliance officer on behalf of Kotyark Industries Limited and the company will progress the matter in line with regulatory and contractual timelines.
