Krystal Consortium Wins Two Sewage Treatment Contracts

Krystal Integrated Services Limited said that, in consortium with LC Infra Projects Private Limited, it has received two work orders from the Government of Maharashtra under the Swachh Maharashtra Mission (U) 2.0 for development of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), inlet and distribution (I&D) works and sewer network on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis for the Pune and Nagpur divisions under Bid Category II for urban local bodies with STP capacity of five MLD and above. The consortium will operate as LC Infra – Krystal Consortium, with LC Infra Projects Private Limited as the lead member and Krystal Integrated Services Limited as the technical member. The company said the Pune work order was issued in August and the Nagpur work order was received on August 10, 2026.

The Pune division assignment carries an aggregate contract value of Rs 1,601.23 mn including GST, of which the company holds a 40 per cent share amounting to Rs 640.49 mn. The Nagpur division assignment carries an aggregate contract value of Rs 5,799.40 mn including GST, of which the company holds a 40 per cent share amounting to Rs 2,319.76 mn. Together the two orders represent an aggregate contract value of Rs 7,400.63 mn including GST.

The company’s aggregate share in the consortium across the two contracts amounts to Rs 2,960.25 mn. Both contracts are to be executed over a period of two years and include the development, operation and commissioning obligations typical of EPC engagements for urban sanitation infrastructure. No promoter, promoter group or group company has any interest in the procuring authority and the contracts do not constitute related party transactions.

The disclosure was made pursuant to the listing obligations under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and related master circulars and the company filed annexures providing the detailed terms and contract numbers for the Pune and Nagpur divisions. The company said the information is being provided for the records of the stock exchanges. Management will proceed with project mobilisation in accordance with contractual timelines.
