LML Industrial Park Gets Prime Focus Status Under Haryana MSME Policy
For eligible enterprises at LML Industrial Park, the Prime/Focus classification offers the highest incentive slab with an indicative ceiling of up to Rs100 million (mn) per eligible unit, subject to conditions and the policy ceiling. Key incentives include a capital investment subsidy of 30 per cent of eligible expenditure subject to a ceiling of Rs40 mn per unit and a 100 per cent refund of stamp duty on land purchase or lease. Net SGST reimbursement of up to 70 per cent for seven years is available, along with assistance for technology upgradation, automation, research and development infrastructure and quality certification.
The policy supports green manufacturing through energy efficiency measures, rooftop solar and effluent treatment and offers a local employment subsidy of up to Rs0.12 mn per employee per year for 10 years. Incentives are reimbursed against documented expenditure and are subject to eligibility criteria, with an overall ceiling of 100 per cent of Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) per project across schemes. This approach intends to streamline fiscal support for capital investment and operational improvements to spur industrial growth.
The Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 targets Rs550 billion (bn) of MSME investment and 0.5 million (mn) new jobs across the state, while aiming to double Haryana's exports over the next five years. LML Group managing director Dr Yogesh Bhatia said the Prime/Focus classification will provide access to the highest tier of fiscal support and is expected to influence businesses evaluating new facility locations.
