MBT Construction Chemicals, a leading provider of advanced construction solutions and part of the Master Builders Solutions Group, has inaugurated a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The plant was formally inaugurated by Dr Boris Gorella, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Management at Master Builders Solutions, along with Dr Karsten Eller, COO, and Himanshu Kapadia, Cluster Head Asia, Middle East & Turkey.

The facility, spread across 4,000 square metres, has an annual production capacity of 25,000 metric tons (single shift) and a storage capacity of 300 tons, enabling the company to efficiently serve the growing Indian construction market. It will manufacture a wide portfolio of high-performance construction chemicals, including admixtures, waterproofing solutions, grouts, flooring systems, repair mortars, and protective coatings.

Equipped with advanced automation and a 200 TR cooling tower system for enhanced energy efficiency and process stability, the plant adheres to the highest operational and environmental standards. It also houses a dedicated Research & Development Centre with modern laboratories and testing facilities, focusing on developing innovative solutions tailored to Indian market needs while supporting product customisation and sustainability.
