NBCC Wins Rs 2.528 bn Odisha School Project

NBCC (India) Limited has secured a work order valued at Rs 2.528 billion from the Odisha School Education Programme Authority, Bhubaneswar for the implementation of the Godabarisha Mishra Adarsha Prathamika Vidyalaya scheme Phase II across 46 schools. The engagement has been awarded in the ordinary course of business as a domestic Project Management Consultancy contract and the value is stated excluding GST. The award does not constitute a related party transaction. The contract underscores the firm role in public sector assignments.

The scope of work will involve project management consultancy services to strengthen primary school infrastructure and learning environments under the GMAPV Phase II programme. NBCC will oversee planning, coordination and execution of upgrades across multiple districts, ensuring compliance with authority specifications and timelines. The assignment reflects targeted infrastructural interventions aimed at improving facilities and the overall school experience for pupils. The company will channel its construction and supervisory expertise into the deliveries.

The implementation is expected to cover civil works, basic amenities and facility management components customary to primary school improvement projects and will be monitored by the client authority.
