Reliance MET City Appoints Manish Jaiswal as CEO

Reliance MET City has appointed Manish Jaiswal as Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth of its integrated industrial and urban development platform.
Reliance MET City is developed by Model Economic Township Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited.
In his new role, Jaiswal will oversee the company’s overall business and growth strategy, including industrial, residential and commercial development. He will also focus on attracting investments and enterprises, strengthening the development pipeline and expanding the integrated ecosystem across multiple asset classes.
His responsibilities will also include strategic partnerships and business expansion as MET City scales its presence in the National Capital Region.
Jaiswal brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate, covering business strategy, development, revenue growth, sales and marketing, land transactions, fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Reliance MET City, he served as CEO of Eldeco Group, where he led the expansion of the company’s multi-city development platform across North India. He has also served as CEO of Tribeca Developers and was associated with the development of Trump-branded real estate projects.

Spread across 8,250 acres in Jhajjar, Haryana, Reliance MET City integrates industrial, residential and commercial development within a master-planned ecosystem. The development has attracted companies across multiple sectors and also includes a dedicated Japanese Industrial Township.
Jaiswal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi University, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
