Rossell Techsys Q4 Profit Surges 351 per cent, Revenue Jumps 55 per cent

Rossell Techsys Ltd. (ROSSTECH), a leading Indian provider of engineering and manufacturing services to global aerospace and defence OEMs, has reported robust financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2025. Total income reached Rs 891.4 million, marking a 55 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise and a 17 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase.

10. Gross Profit: Rs 405.1 million (↑ 47% YoY, ↑ 11% QoQ)
11. EBITDA: Rs 165.9 million (↑ 119.3% YoY, ↑ 10.9% QoQ)
12. Profit After Tax (PAT): Rs 68.6 million (↑ 351% YoY, ↑ 38.2% QoQ)
The company attributes this performance to strong operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and growing customer demand across defence and aerospace sectors. Rossell also announced the appointment of Mr Krishnappayya Desai as Company Secretary, underscoring its focus on strengthening corporate governance.
The Q4 surge was driven by increased order volumes from key aerospace and defence clients, alongside new business from the space, semiconductor, energy, and transportation sectors. Rossell continues to expand its global footprint, especially in the United States, Israel, and Eurasia.
Operationally, the company is pushing digital transformation with investments in automation, productivity tools, and infrastructure. This has improved delivery timelines and boosted customer satisfaction—evidenced by a 100 per cent client retention rate.

Aligned with Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives, Rossell aims to scale operations, explore higher-value domains, and deepen its global presence. Upcoming R&D will target automation and scalability to meet evolving customer expectations.
Currently, Rossell Techsys supports over 30 global clients, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, BAE Systems, IAI, and the Indian Air Force.
