Rossell Techsys Reports Record Q4 Revenue Growth

Rossell Techsys Limited reported audited results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with revenue from operations rising to Rs1,423.5 million (mn) in Q4, a 62 per cent year?on?year increase that made the quarter the company’s strongest on record. The company attributed the rise to execution across aerospace and defence, semiconductor and space businesses, driven by higher customer engagements and programme ramp?ups. Management said the quarter strengthened the order pipeline and long?term visibility.

Key Q4 metrics included EBITDA of Rs208.6 mn and profit before tax of Rs95.2 mn, while profit after tax reached Rs74.7 mn. EBITDA margin for the quarter was 14.65 per cent and earnings per share were Rs one point nine eight. The results reflected margin expansion and improved profitability.

For the full year, revenue stood at Rs4,852 mn, up 87 per cent, while profit from ordinary activities before exceptional items increased to Rs285 mn, a 165 per cent rise. EBITDA for FY26 rose to about Rs666 mn, representing a 73 per cent year?on?year gain. The aerospace and defence segment remained the principal growth driver and the semiconductor business gained from successful qualification programmes and faster volume ramp?up.

The space segment moved from qualification to scalable execution, and the company strengthened its domestic presence through MRO certifications and domestic tariff area establishment with initial order wins. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs zero point three zero per equity share, equal to 15 per cent on a face value of Rs two, subject to shareholder approval. Rossell Techsys expanded manufacturing capacity to around zero point two five five mn square feet and will add about zero point two one mn square feet under lease near Bengaluru to support growth.
