Royal Orchid Launches Regenta Devarayah Tirupati
It lies two km from Tirupati Railway Station and the RTC bus stand, nine km from Renigunta Railway Station and 15 km from Renigunta (Tirupati) International Airport. The property is among the closest branded hotels to major temples including Tirumala Venkateswara Temple, Sri Padmavathi Temple and the ISKCON Temple. Regenta is Royal Orchid’s upscale four-star brand and its tagline is described as Where Devotion Meets Comfort and Contemporary Luxury.
The hotel has 56 rooms including Deluxe, Club and Suite categories and two Presidential Suites featuring contemporary design and elements of spiritual serenity. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ergonomic workspaces, LED televisions and tea and coffee makers, complemented by an all-day multi-cuisine restaurant, Pinxx, and round the clock in-room dining. Public facilities include a rooftop infinity swimming pool, a gym and a spa on the sixth floor.

The hotel sources 80 per cent of its power consumption from solar energy and is the first hotel in Andhra Pradesh and the ninth in India to adopt vertical solar with a kilowatt (kW) capacity of 220 kW. The company said the launch aligned with its Vision 2030 and that the property was open for reservations.
