States, UTs Resolve 63,000 Grievances On CPGRAMS In October 2025
In October 2025, a total of 64,736 public grievance (PG) cases were received through the CPGRAMS portal, of which 63,305 cases were redressed. Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of disposals with 23,020 cases, followed by Haryana with 4,342 cases. As of 31 October 2025, the total pending cases stood at 176,091 across all States and UTs, with 22 States and UTs having more than 1,000 pending grievances each.
During the same month, 52,876 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal, with 8,442 registrations originating from Uttar Pradesh. The Feedback Call Centre collected 65,197 responses, including 27,011 from States and UTs.
CPGRAMS continues to expand citizen accessibility through its integration with the Common Service Centre (CSC) network, now operational at more than 500,000 CSCs, in collaboration with 250,000 Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs). General Updates
A dedicated Review Module for senior-level monitoring of PG cases in States/UTs became operational on 6 June 2025.
A monthly review meeting, chaired by the Secretary, DARPG, was held on 31 October 2025.
