The Engineers’ Bill must be cleared on priority

Amid sweeping changes in the global construction industry, India must urgently overhaul its approach to procurement, regulation and the training of engineers, says Prashant Kapila, President, Consulting Engineers Association of India (CEAI), an industry body.
