Transrail Lighting has secured new domestic engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) orders worth Rs 23.50 billion, mainly in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) segment, along with a civil project and select orders in the poles and lighting business.
With the latest wins, the company’s cumulative order inflows for FY26 have crossed Rs 79.80 billion, reflecting strong momentum across its core business segments. The company operates as a turnkey EPC player in power T&D, with diversified operations spanning civil infrastructure, railways, poles and lighting, and solar EPC solutions.
The newly secured orders primarily include projects for the construction of 765 kV transmission lines, highlighting continued demand for power infrastructure development in the domestic market. The company also reported holding a lowest bidder (L1) position for projects worth over Rs 8 billion and maintaining a robust bidding pipeline across domestic and international markets.
Randeep Narang, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said the latest order wins underscore the company’s competitive positioning and the strong demand outlook in the domestic T&D segment. He noted that the new contracts have pushed the company’s FY26 inflows beyond Rs 79.80 billion and strengthened its growth prospects.
He added that the company’s strong order book, L1 position exceeding ₹800 crore, and healthy bidding pipeline are expected to support sustained growth momentum while ensuring disciplined project execution and improved margins.
The order wins are expected to further strengthen the company’s market presence and reinforce its long-term growth outlook in India’s expanding infrastructure and power transmission sector.
