United Drilling Tools Wins Order From US Firm

United Drilling Tools Limited (UDT) has received an international commercial order from Tri Lift Services INC, United States, for the supply of a Gas Lift Mandrel used in the oil and gas industry. The company reported the order under the listing obligations and disclosure requirements and referenced the SEBI master circular of November 2024. The order was described as being in the ordinary course of business.

The contract is scheduled for execution over a period of four to five months and will be delivered under standard commercial terms. The estimated contract value is Rs four point eight three million (mn), equivalent to Rs 4,829,175 in local notation. The firm indicated that the order relates to the supply of a specialised downhole component for gas lift operations and the four to five month timeframe covers manufacturing, testing and dispatch to the overseas purchaser.

The filing stated that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity that awarded the order and that the arrangement does not constitute a related party transaction. The company secretary signed the disclosure on behalf of the board and submitted the filing to the stock exchanges for listing compliance. The company reiterated that the transaction will proceed in the ordinary course.

The award of the contract to an overseas service provider underscores the company's export engagements and its manufacturing focus on oil drilling equipment and services. United Drilling Tools Limited, which manufactures components for hydrocarbon production activities, will execute the order from its facilities and manage delivery logistics within the stated timeframe.
