VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (VECV), the joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, reported sales of 7,652 units in November 2025, up from 5,574 units a year earlier, marking a 37.3 per cent increase. The total includes 7,425 Eicher-branded trucks and buses and 227 Volvo-branded units.

Eicher-branded trucks and buses recorded sales of 7,425 units, compared with 5,359 units in November 2024, reflecting 38.6 per cent growth. In the domestic commercial vehicle market, Eicher posted sales of 6,720 units, up from 4,957 units in the previous year, a rise of 35.6 per cent.

Exports stood at 705 units, significantly higher than the 402 units shipped in November 2024, representing growth of 75.4 per cent. Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses sold 227 units, an increase from 215 units last year, showing 5.6 per cent growth.

Operational since December 2008, VECV offers the full range of Eicher trucks and buses, Volvo Buses, distribution of Volvo Trucks in India, and engine manufacturing for the Volvo Group. The company also manages the non-automotive engines and Eicher components business, positioning itself as a key player in modernising commercial transport in India and developing markets.
