Waaree Partners With Unicommerce To Boost Digital Sales
Unicommerce will provide a single dashboard for order management, real-time inventory visibility across multiple warehouses, and tools for B2B distribution management to support nationwide distributor networks. The platform is expected to optimise inventory placement, reduce stockouts and streamline warehouse workflows for faster fulfilment and improved end-customer experience. The arrangement is presented as enabling consistent service levels for individual buyers and distributor partners.
Waaree described the move as part of a broader strategy to make clean energy more accessible to households and businesses while matching manufacturing growth with digital capability. Unicommerce highlighted that rising consumer demand for renewable energy products and India’s national renewable targets are driving online adoption of solar solutions. The timing is said to reflect shifts in the energy market as rooftop solar adoption grows.
India’s cumulative installed solar capacity has crossed 100 GW, with solar now accounting for over 20 per cent of total installed power capacity, and Waaree reports a module manufacturing capacity of approximately 22.3 GW and a solar cell capacity of 5.4 GW. The company operates across India and in more than 25 countries and offers a portfolio that includes panels, inverters, EPC services, green hydrogen and battery energy storage systems. Unicommerce, incorporated in 2012, provides an AI-first SaaS suite with over 350 integrations and serves 8,000-plus clients across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
The partnership is positioned as strengthening a core intelligence-led infrastructure layer to enable improved sales, fulfilment and operational efficiency without altering Waaree’s manufacturing focus. Media contacts were provided and the announcement was issued from New Delhi. The companies expect the collaboration to support expansion of online distribution for renewable energy products.
