The Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD) has successfully wrapped up its participation at ITB Berlin 2025, held from March 4 to 6, marking a milestone in its global tourism expansion strategy.
During the event, ADTD signed a partnership with Pure Touristik to establish a European representative office, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The move aims to boost Ajman’s visibility, attract more European visitors, and enhance business collaborations in the region’s tourism sector.
His Excellency Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director General, ADTD, emphasised, “The strong engagement at ITB Berlin 2025 underscores our commitment to positioning Ajman as a world-class travel destination and expanding our international partnerships.”
The event also featured leading hospitality brands, including Ajman Saray, Fairmont Ajman, Ajman Hotel, Bahi Ajman Palace, and Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche, further strengthening Ajman’s appeal as a premier tourism and investment hub.
With an 8 per cent rise in international visitors and growing tourism revenues compared to 2023, Ajman’s presence at ITB Berlin 2025 has opened new opportunities for global collaboration and sustainable tourism growth.
