Brigade REAP Inducts Five Startups into 18th UrbanTech Cohort
Brigade REAP, India’s first UrbanTech accelerator, has onboarded five disruptive startups for its 18th cohort, chosen from over 200 applicants. The selected ventures represent modular construction, heavy equipment logistics, clean energy, digital finance, and solar innovation technologies, each with the potential to reshape urban development.
“The ultimate aim of mentoring these startups by way of biannual cohorts is to integrate cutting-edge UrbanTech into the real estate sector. These innovative startups that have indigenous technologies and vision to create forward-thinking solutions necessary to address the real estate sector’s evolving challenges and opportunities. By mentoring this talent, we will be able to accelerate growth and set a benchmark for the future of urban tech and sustainability,” said Abhay Garg, Chief Mentor, Brigade REAP.
The five startups include:
- RetailX: Modular construction platform enabling faster brand rollouts through off-site build processes.
- Fleeter: B2B marketplace addressing payment, maintenance, and inventory hurdles in heavy equipment rentals.
- ACS Energy: Mumbai-based firm offering UPI-enabled smart EV chargers via its EVGrid AI platform.
- Buttermoney: AI-led digital mortgage solution helping customers secure optimal home loans.
- Pavakah Energy: Developer of nanomaterial-based solar paint using Quantum Dot solar cells.
- Brigade REAP reaffirmed its commitment to fostering innovation in PropTech and sustainable urban solutions through its accelerator platform.
