Enlight Metals, one of India’s fastest-growing metal aggregators, has strengthened its role in national infrastructure by delivering over 5,800 tonne of high-grade steel for two key government projects — the Pune Metro and Udaipur Airport.

The company supplied more than 4,000–4,500 tonne of plates, structural steel, TMT bars (grades 550 and 550D), and pipes to top contractors such as Tata-Gulermak JV, Shapoorji Pallonji, and J Kumar for the Pune Metro. Its strategic proximity to the project site ensured swift delivery within 48–72 hours, helping contractors maintain construction timelines and efficiency.

At Udaipur Airport, Enlight Metals partnered with Nyati Engineering, the main contractor, to deliver 1,300 tonne of consultant-approved YST 310-grade pipes and sections. Deliveries were phased in cycles of around 15 days over a 2–3 year period, supporting the project’s successful completion.

The company emphasised high-strength grades such as TMT 550/550D, YST 310, YST 210, and primary-grade structural steel to meet stringent durability and compliance standards set for government infrastructure. Close coordination with supplier plants ensured rigorous quality control and seamless supply.
