Gurugram To Host IndiGo Future Campus Consolidating ISC And Ifly

IndiGo plans to develop an integrated 45-acre campus in Gurugram that will consolidate its ISC and Ifly operations under one roof over the next three to five years. The move is intended to centralise several operational functions and support longer term capacity needs. The campus will be developed in phases to align with operational priorities and regulatory clearances. The consolidation is expected to improve service delivery and create operational synergies while reducing overheads.

The site in Gurugram will place the combined facilities within the National Capital Region, offering proximity to the airline's existing hubs and maintenance providers. The integrated layout is expected to include administrative offices, training facilities and crew support areas to improve coordination. Consolidation is anticipated to reduce duplication and streamline workflows across previously separate units.

By bringing ISC and Ifly together the airline expects improved operational efficiency and more cohesive training programmes. Centralised support functions could enable faster decision making and tighter control over service quality. Standardised processes will be applied across units to ensure consistent performance.

Construction and subsequent operations are likely to generate employment during both the build and operational phases, though exact numbers have not been disclosed. The airline plans a phased rollout so that core services remain uninterrupted while facilities are relocated or expanded. Regulatory approvals and local infrastructure enhancements will influence the pace of delivery.

The integrated campus is part of a broader strategy to fortify ground operations and support future network growth. Centralisation of support units is intended to enhance resilience and operational scalability as demand evolves. The company will continue to work with local authorities and stakeholders as the project advances.
